Mohan has been with RuralShores for close to two years.
RuralShores is the world’s largest rural BPO with operations in 17 centers spread across 8 states. RuralShores works with several bluechip marquee clients of global repute and handles more than 100 complex processes through voice and non-voice services. RuralShores also helps organizations in retail and FMCG penetrate into rural markets and increase their market share through its feet on street support and financial inclusion services.
With the vision of Transforming Rural Youth into Confident and Caring Knowledge Professionals through Impact Sourcing, RuralShores aims to provide livelihood to 100,000 rural youth by providing jobs at the doorstep of rural youth rather than bring them to the job.
Prior to RuralShores, Mohan was working with First Advantage as Vice President – Operations. Mohan has 25 years of experience covering IT hardware support and BPS outsourcing.
He started his career, on the shop floor of Godrej and Boyce in the EBE Division – and was an integral part of the transformation of the company from a manufacturing one to an IT products distribution juggernaut.
He possesses a wide-ranging experience in all aspects of international call center operations and customer support environment. He has proven track record of operational implementation, expansion, and cost reduction, combined with a demonstrated ability to maintain and exceed corporate goals and objectives. He has strong capacity to deliver consistent progression in customer and employee satisfaction, proven ability to successfully manage within matrix environments, analytical ability and strength in setting up and delivering quality processes at transactional level.
He is COPC CSP Certified and has been a Six Sigma Champion for over 15 years.
“KG” is a post graduate from XLRI, Jamshedpur and graduated in Electrical Engineering from RVCE, Bangalore.
