Suchitra has over 20 years of rich HR experience in India, Asia Pac and Australia in a variety of sectors ranging from not for profit to telecom to consulting to FMCG. She has both line HR consulting and strategic HR experience . Her specialties lies in setting HR direction and strategy, Building organisation capability, Designing the C&B philosophy, Change management, M&A
Currently, she is Vice President and CHRO for PepsiCo India Region. She is responsible for the talent strategy, organization design and building the right culture to drive sustainable business growth for India and 3 countries. Leading the change agenda, leadership development and building leadership pipeline, coaching the Executive team to make the right tradeoffs. Prior to this was heading HR for PepsiCo for South Asia and North Asia in Asia Pac, based out of Bangkok.
She has over 10 years of experience at PepsiCo and has held multiple roles across geographies. She was the business partner to the GMs in Asia Pac and prior to that was the Organization Capability and Talent Sustainability Director for PepsiCo India. She was instrumental in setting the D&I charter for PepsiCo India.
She has a Post Graduate degree in HR from XLRI India. She is a speaker at national and international forums and is a mother of 2 beautiful daughters.
