Gaurav Saklani, Cofounder, Exper & Inme
One of the pioneers in designing and delivering outdoor based learning programs, Gaurav is known for his work towards Creating Winning Teams, Realising Leadership Potential, and Handling Difficult Conversations.
An Entrepreneur, Business Leader & Behavioural Sciences professional, he co-founded Exper Executive Education in 2007 and Inme in 2009. Exper is a boutique consulting firm in the learning and development space and Inme is India’s leading outdoor based life skills program.
Gaurav has been in the training and facilitation space for 20 years. He has a background in HR and people development and has been designing and delivering outdoor based learning programs since 1996.
He was part of the founding team at Youreka summer programs that he ran with his co-founder Tarun, till 2006. An effective facilitator with senior teams, he is popular for his highly engaging delivery style. Clients he has regularly facilitated fro include HSBC, GlaxoSmithkline, Philips, EY, Tata Sky, Coca Cola, ICICI Securities, Volvo-Eicher and Ultratech.
Gaurav is from XLRI (’92) and is a certified MBTI consultant (CPP Worldwide) and has an Advanced Certification in Extended DISC. He was also a co-founder at iDiscoveri Education before co-founding
Exper in 2007.
Gaurav is also an amateur magician and a competent cricketer. He has been active in the adventure space since his boarding school days and has climbed and trekked extensively in the lower Himalayas and cycled from Dehradun to Calcutta.
